There are three sites related to Copernicus and ECMWF where users can download data after creating an account:

CAMS and C3S Forum (C-Forum)
For tips, tricks, and workarounds from Copernicus and the user community. This includes latest announcements on the CDS and ADS infrastructure, datasets and applications. Users can watch topics of interest to receive email notifications when new content is added.
Users will need an ECMWF web account to post on the CUSF.
