I am having the question related to zonal wind tendencies.
I am analyzing the zonal wind tendencies budget, and for this I output the wind tendencies diagnoses as recommended at How to control OpenIFS output. However, I'm having trouble understanding what processes are contained in the explicit dynamical part (DU or DT). For example, it may be due to advection only or may also include contributions from Coriolis and pressure gradient forces. I would appreciate it if somebody could confirm this, and it would also be very useful if somebody could point me to the page where some documentation is available about this.
