Version 1.9- 24 May 2024, corresponding to WDQMS v1.4.6.1

The aim of this User Guide is to help WDQMS web tool users make the best use of the NWP-based monitoring performance reports available. It shows what the system can offer and how users can access the information needed for monitoring purposes. The User Guide presents the rules and thresholds used for calculating each monitoring performance report based on the quality monitoring information received from the WIGOS Monitoring Centres. These monitoring reports are presented either as map or time series. The emphasis is on how these reports are generated so that users can interpret them and make an informed decision.
