Current test versions become 2.18.12 on OpenSuSE 11.3 workstations, Linux cluster LXAB and ecgate.
- Fix clipping issues in graph plotting.
- Fix Scaling in when using Netcdf.
- Allow wind plotting in logarithmic system
- Allow use of CSV files as input of symbol and graph plotting.
