The Helgoland client is a thin client developed by 52North and customised for EFAS allowing the display of Observational and Forecast data on an OpenStreetMap background.
The current URL for accessing the client is https://efas-sos.efas.eu/. The credentials can be retrieved at https://www.efas.eu/en/efas-web-services ONCE you are logged in AND you account is part of an organisation that is a partner of EFAS.
