In terms of ensuring EODC can be passed products in a timely fashion, planned outages of the CEDA archive are kept to a minimum, and are publicised in advance to all CEDA users via email, via the CEDA news feed on their website (http://www.ceda.ac.uk/blog/) and Twitter/Facebook channels, enabling planning.
