ECMWF hosts a backup of this data that can be accessed through the MARS archive. The data access through this archive is not in real-time, and only products that are more than 30 days old can be retrieved.

Before any EFAS data can be accessed, a condition of access agreement need to be signed between the entity requiring the data and SMHI, representative of the EFAS Dissemination centre. The template for the EFAS Conditions of Access can be found here:
