Action R1: Establish G3W Research to Operation (R2O) Task Team withinthe Research Board.  

The measures of success are the established working group and presentation of the strategy to the Research Board. 

Action R2: Advance observations and data exchange capabilities. 

The measures of success include: 

  • Publication of statement of guidance. 
  • Measurement technology report/publication. 
  • Tools for automated QA/QC.  

Action R3: Advance GHG modelling and flux inversion capabilities. 

The measures of success are research outputs that can be implemented in the operational systems.
