The 2nd and 3rd sets were replicated from the original definitions and the changes listed here are then applied.The different sets of parameter definitions are used in ecCodes 2.42 depending on the WMO tablesVersion, the marsClass and the generatingProcessIdentifier, which specifies the IFS cycle used to produce the data.
