title23-03-2016 More issues with data: problems with sea-ice cover from CMA and BoM

Sea-ice cover data from BoM and CMA have problems, mostly in the re-forecast. Users are recommended not to make use of this data until it has been replaced in the S2S Archive, which we aim to do in the coming weeks. This will be announced to users.
