The best way to start using ECaccess is to read the User Guide. To start using ECaccess immediately, without downloading any software, either point your browser to http://ecaccess.ecmwf.int (see The Web server), or use any standard SSH or FTP/SFTP client to login on (see The SSH server).
For X11 access point your browser to http://ecaccess.ecmwf.int/ and log on to an NX service. The User Guide describes alternative X11 connections .
