Note that some additional changes (further parameters, levels, time steps, corrections of formulas) are planned for the forthcoming new manual. The draft text of the amended guidelines can be found here : Annex IV to the WMO Technical Regulations. Centres are recommended to consider these proposals when implementing the new verification procedures.
