SMM Monitoring result at RTH Tokyo
As a part of WWW quantative monitoring, the RTH Tokyo performs monitoring of incoming bulletins. Note that the NIL report is counted in the WWW monitoring, which can be confusing for user perspective, since the WWW quantitative monitoring is operated by and intended for improvement of RTH centers and their global routeing of bulletin headers: availability of NIL reports is better than nothing in this context.
