You may want to have regular backups of your instances. Morpehus is able to create "jobs" that will regularly create these backups. You will need to have a Storage target (S3 Bucket) defined first.

First: set up a Bucket to store the backups

  1. Go to Infrastructure → Storage → Buckets.
  2. Click +ADD → Amazon S3.
  3. Complete the NEW BUCKET form:

  1. You can choose a display NAME for the Morpheus interface.
  2. ACCESS KEY, SECRET KEY, BUCKET NAME and ENDPOINT URL will be provided by Support (Note that you can also add your own S3 Bucket). For example, for ECMWF storage it would be https://storage.ecmwf.
You have to tick
  1. europeanweather.cloud
  2. If the bucket does not already exist and you want to create it, tick CREATE BUCKET.
  3. Tick USE PATH STYLE BUCKET ACCESS.
  4. You may want to tick DEFAULT BACKUP TARGET.
  5. Click SAVE CHANGES.
