During the transition of the production service an issue was encountered between the grib and NetCDF translation due to a change in the grib_code of the original files.
CDO performed differently due to this and the data for the following times were not produced as expected.
The location of the MRT and UTCI was offset in the file. While the data values are correct, the time was not.

In order to provide the correct data, a new version was released Version 1.1.
This covers the affected period and all new data will be produced as Version 1.1 going forward.
The affected data will remain on disk as Version 1.0.
Release of the Back Extension 19400101 to 19790101
Due to the release of the back extension it is necessary to release version 1.1 of the data for 19790101.
This is due to the addition of 6 hours of data to the original file meaning that the file now has the full 24 hour dataset vs the current 18hours available in version 1.0
