OpenIFS support team
There is a small team at ECMWF to provide direct support for the OpenIFS model. They can be contacted in the following ways:
- Raise a query (ticket) via the ECMWF Support Portal. This is the preferred method to contact support. Clicking on the link below will generate an OpenIFS-assigned query:
