2. Recommendation: Users should be aware, how 29 Feb 2024 on-the-fly reforecasts were produced by different centres. For the future (e.g.2028), all impacted centres like CMA, ECCC, ECMWF, RHMC will be recommended to use 1 March, so that the solution for users would be the same. |

Wind components fields on pressure levels (might impact ANY KMA outputs). Fixed by the 10th of October 2017 in all KMA data (real-time and reforecast) by re-archiving.
