Before downloading the DissFTP package, we recommend installing the latest JDK from Oracle available at the following URL:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html
The minimum requirement for the DissFTP package is Java1.6.
The DissFTP software is currently running at ECMWF using the Oracle Java version "1.8.0_60" - Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.60-b23, mixed mode).
