The dynamic points shown together with the fixed reporting points on the reporting point layer of the mapviewer are defined as described in placeholder - CEMS-Flood reporting points and dynamic point generation algorithm.
In EFAS v5, only cells with an upstream drainage area greater than 500km2 are considered in the dynamic point algorithm, and cells with smaller drainage area can not become reporting points.
