Problem

MARS will not download data, and it shows the errors:

No token defined, please visit https://api.ecmwf.int/v1/key/ and copy your credentials to ~/.ecmwfapirc
No email defined, please visit https://api.ecmwf.int/v1/key/ and copy your credentials to ~/.ecmwfapirc

Solution

You need to configure your MARS credentials properly in order to retrieve data. Follow the steps in EWC MARS access
