1. As a tenant admin, go to https://iam.eumetsat.europeanweather.cloud/admin/{tenancy-name}/console/ and login with your admin credentials.
   Note: replace {tenancy-name} by the name of your tenancy.
   
   
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Users

   and click on Add User

3. Fill in the necessary fields: Username, Email, First Name, and Last Name. 
   Set the option: Email Verified to Yes.

4. Once done, click Save. You will be redirected to the user's settings page where you can set a password for the user and configure additional settings.

5. To set the password for the user, go to the tab Credentials, and click on Credential Reset

   On resetAction, choose Update Password and click on Send Email.

6. The user will then receive an email with a link to log into his account.
