This is only available on EUMETSAT side of the EWC
Pre-requisite: modifying an SFS in a tenancy can be done only by users with ewc-app-admin. Check EUMETSAT - Shared File Systems (SFS) - User Roles and Permissions for for info on roles for SFS.

Resize a File Share

File shares can resized in the OS Horizon UI by following these steps:

1. Select Share from the left-hand side menu, and from the drop-down menu, click on Shares. From the options on the right hand side of the selected share, click on Resize Share.

2. Select the new size under New Size, in GB and click Resize

Note that if the new size is smaller than the original size, the resizing will fail to avoid data loss.

Grant access to the SFS to a VM

Granting access to a SFS to VMs can be done at any time during the lifetime of the SFS, not just after creation.  The procedure is identical to the one in  EWC Cloud Management UI - EUMETSAT - Shared File Systems (SFS): How to create an SFS, which we also specify here for clarity:

1. In the list of file shares, select Manage Rules from the dropdown menu on the right-hand side of the selected file share.

2. Click on the button Add Rule

3. Fill the fields for the access rule, specifically the Access Type, which for VMs will be ip, the Access Level, which could be read-write or read-only, and the Access To, which for VMs is the IP you grabbed earlier from the instance.

Delete a File Share

To delete a file share, simply click on the Delete Share button in the drop-down menu of options on the right-hand side of the file share to delete. To delete multiple file shares at once, select the check boxes on the left-hand side of the file shares to delete and click on Delete Shares on the top right-side of the file share list.
