Summary
The EFAS version 2.0.0 contained three major upgrades; update of the rapid risk assessment, an update of the EFAS flash flood indicator ERIC and the start of archiving of the operational data as well as historical simulations in the ECMWF MARS archive.
The archiving in MARS marked the end of a long project to make the EFAS data easier available to the users and have a robust system for storing of the model output. All data that is older than 30 days is available to the public.
A 1.5 month verification procedure with ERIC was conducted in order to revise the web plotting and flash flood notification thresholds - the full documentation is provided below.
