We have several ways to help users find answers to their questions:
Copernicus Knowledge Base (CKB)
For reference documentation written by experts. This includes detailed documentation about our datasets and how to download the data.
Copernicus User Support Forum (CUSF)
For tips, tricks, and workarounds from Copernicus and the user community. This includes latest announcements on the CDS and ADS infrastructure, datasets and applications. Users can watch topics of interest to receive email notifications when new content is added.
Users will need an ECMWF web account to post on the CUSF.
Please see here to register with ECMWF or here to log in.
ECMWF Support Portal
For raising any remaining un-answered questions with the support team.
Users will need an ECMWF web account to login to this portal.
