The following is a description of GloFAS v4.4, available as fully operational GloFAS from 10 September 2025.

Summary
GloFAS v4.4 introduces several minor changes to the system, including:
- Inclusion of ECMWF's AIFS model in GloFAS. Input needed from Nicola Martin and Ervin Zsoter
- description of meteo forcings: placeholder - GloFAS meteorological forecasts, updates needed in ECMWF IFS versions and ECMWF AIFS versions
- link to AIFS documentation from ECMWF.
- Descriptions of new reporting points and AIFS flood probability layers. In placeholder - GloFAS Reporting Points, remember to explain the overlapping WB dots (due to ordering). Input from Juan Pereira Colonese Graphics to be edited: 2025_GloFAS_wiki_graphics.pptx
This upgrade of GloFAS has no impact on the GloFAS modelling results.
