What is the running order of the workshop?
We have 100 abstracts that are being distributed into 6 sessions, which will be held over three days and two time blocks (TB) of workshop:
- Days: Tuesday 29 June, Wednesday 30 June, Thursday 1 July
TB1: 10:00 - 12:30 (CEST) / 9:00 – 11.30 (BST)
TB2: 16:00 – 18:30 (CEST) / 15:00 – 17.30 (BST)
The programme of each session will include:
- Keynote talk of one guest speaker (15-20 min), followed by 10-15 min of Q&A in Zoom;
- A series of 2-minute mini-talks/ 'poster pitches' by participants for a total of 30 minutes also in Zoom;
- A 30-minute poster session that will be held in an interactive platform that virtually mimics ECMWF centre in Reading (Gather.town).
