Please be aware that you can only use Horizon if your tenancy was on-boarded to the EWC IAM and to the OpenStack Horizon user interface.

2. Select Authentication, choosing always EWC IAM when relevant | |

4. Log in with your IAM username and password or use the federated access (e.g. ECMWF Account). | |
Click on the federated "Sing in with" option (e.g. "ECMWF Account" for ECMWF users login) then you'll be redirected to the federated login mechanism, e.g. for the ECMWF Account :

5. Once logged in the following initial dashboard overview is shown. It displays gauges with your quotas, your current usage, and a usage summary of the last day. | |

Just wait a few minutes and refresh the page. It will disappear and you will be redirected to the UI. If it doesn't resolve after few minutes, please raise a support ticket. | |
