NAME

ecd - Change the current ECFS working directory

SYNOPSIS

ecd [domain:][directory]

DESCRIPTION

Sets the value of the current working directory of the specified domain to the specified directory, which must already exist. If no domain is specified the ECFS default domain is assumed. If no directory is specified, the home directory of the user in that domain is assumed.

A target containing wild cards is not supported, even if it would resolve to a single, unambiguous path.

EXAMPLES

ecd ec:
Sets the working directory of domain 'ec' to user's default home directory.
ecd ec:~rdx or ecd ec:/rdx
Sets the working directory of domain 'ec' to the home directory of user 'rdx'.
