Error contacting the WebAPI, retrying in 60 seconds ...
This is a common error message when the client can not contact the Web API server.

The client will try to connect 10 times and then it will give you a meaningful message.- First check that there are no problems with the systems: http://www.ecmwf.int/en/service-status (The Web API may br affected by WEB-SERVICES or CONNECTIVITY)
