Specifies the hindcast re-forecast base date.

For hindcast data, the This keyword is only used for re-forecasts. The only value for the parameter DATE (date on which the hindcast re-forecast is based) supported in dissemination is ALL. Hindcasts Re-forecasts are only run on
MONDAYS and THURSDAY THURSDAYS (00 UTC based ENS run). This can be specified with the keyword use.
