The data is now available only from the Atmosphere Data Store (ADS), either interactively through its download web form or programmatically using the CDS API service:
For the time being, the data remains also listed in ECMWF's public data catalogue. To access the data use the ECMWF Web API with ‘dataset’:'eac4'. We however encourage users to migrate to downloading the CAMS reanalysis data from the Atmosphere Data Store (ADS). See Please have a look at How to migrate to CDS API on the Atmosphere Data Store (ADS) for more details.
Users with access to MARS can also browse the data on the MARS catalogue under class=mc and expver=eac4.
