Changing your real-time data requirements

Change your real-time data with the Product Requirements Editor (PREd)(error)  See instructions below about how to make changes. 
  • If you hold a licence with one of the Member of Co-operating States, please contact your licence holder who will make the changes.
  • If ECMWF is your Licensoryou can contact us via the Support Portal


Maximum charge & full NMHS licence holders can make up to 12 changes per contract-year to their data requirements. Standard Commercial licence holders can make up to 4 changes per contract-year to their data requirements. (tick)(error) WHAT DO THESE CUSTOMERS DO IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG AND THEY DON' T GET THEIR DATA? Raise a ticket via the support portal.  24/7 operational support applies to all user types.
