What do we mean by real-time forecast data?
Real-time forecast data, or 'valid' data, is all meteorological information in the form of pictures, charts, text or data files for which the verification time is in the future or less than 24 hours ago. This means that it can be used to predict the weather conditions.

KM notes: some of this info seems to be on the web under: https://www.ecmwf.int/en/forecasts/accessing-forecasts/payment-rules-and-options/tariffs. We should only include required documentation on the confluence - we shouldn't include anything about cost/ordering - for that we should direct people to the web.
