| We do not currently have any available licenses for OpenIFS. As the project is still under development we are restricting access to the model to ensure good support for early users and allow the OpenIFS team sufficient time to develop the model & infrastructure. To register your interest, contact openifs-support@ecmwf.int or join our mailing list to receive updates. |
The overall aim of the project is to provide research institutions with a portable, easy-to-use version of the ECMWF IFS model(Integrated Forecasting System) code. The OpenIFS model comprises the forecast code of IFS (no data assimilation is provided), supporting software and documentation.
