To reset you password go to www.ecmwf.int and click Login on the top right of the window,you will be taken to the Login page as you see below
IMPORTANT: This procedure will not work if you are using an incognito/private tab
On the Login window you will see a "Forgot Password" option, click on it and you will be taken to the page like the one below:
