The dynamic points shown together with the fixed reporting points on the reporting point layer of the mapviewer are defined as described in XX.
In GloFAS v4, only cells with an upstream drainage area greater than 500km2 are considered in the dynamic point algorithm, and cells with smaller drainage area can not become reporting points. The probability layers however show information for all cels with an upstream area greater than 250km2.To be completed
