Related alphanumeric code for wave buoys is FM65 WAVEOB.
BUFR template used for wave buoys should be the same than for moored buoys (TM315008) or drifting buoys (TM315009) but, according to WMO website, GTS headers should start with character string 'IOW' instead of 'IOB'. This issue should be clarified.
