Legends are an important part of any plot. If enabled, an automatic legend will be built from the data provided. To enable a legend you need to set parameter Legend to On, which is available in many Visual Definition icons (e.g.  Contouring, Graph Plotting and Wind Plotting).

Metview provides a special icon, named Legend responsible for specifying how a plot's legend is displayed. It controls features such as the legend's position, style and fonts.
