As COVID-19 as changed the outlook for rapidly convening a new International Earth Surface Working Group (IESWG) meeting, we have organized a seminar and discussion series. Three focus topics covered advances in (a) Soil moisture, River-discharge and Water cycle, (b) Vegetation and Land-Atmosphere fluxes, and (c) Snow and Ice and Cryosphere-Atmosphere interaction.

Each seminar has a focus topic and had two keynote speakers from research and operational centre (representative of ongoing work in Australia, Europe, India, USA) followed by a plenary discussion. The virtual conference platform is Bluejeans. Please find the connection information below.seminars have been well attended and the presentation with notes from the discussions and the recordings are posted below.

In 2022 a IESWG Remote working group meeting will take place on the 5th/6th April 2022, announcement to follow.
