Could there be a network issue?
If you have access to ECPDS, you You can get a trace-route from our servers to your server on ecpds → Host information – Get Network informationImage Removed. These are the steps to generate this network information.
1) Login to ECPDS
2) Go to your destination
3) Go to the Transfer Host that is being in use
4) Click on 'Network Info' on the left-hand sidebar.

If there is no network issue on your side, please contact ECMWF via the Support portal. The Data Support Team will be able to assess whether a decline in the data rates has taken place. They also might be able to suggest an appropriate solution for your case, which could be for example the installing parallel streams or compression of your data.
