• Check your ftp is not full - one of the most common reasons that dissemination fails is because there is insufficient space for the data on the

• recipient's disk.
• Check whether there have been any changes to the settings/passwords/permissions which control access to your disk.

• If you have access to the ECMWF Production Data Store (ECPDS)

• • activate a back-up host

• • switch to an alternative host
    

• • request a new host (if you don't have the access permissions to change it yourself
