Standard commercial users

As a standard commercial user, you can make a maximum of four changes per contract year to the Schedule of Products, free of any Schedule Change Fees. Additional Schedule Change Fees shall be charged for any further change to the Schedule of Products within the contract year.

If you wish to have a change to your data, please raise a ticket via our Support Portal. The Data Support Team will then provide you with an amendment document for signature, and will then help you to make the change to your operational data. 


Maximum Charge Users and NMHSs

If you are a maximum charge user or an NMHS user, in most cases, you can make the change yourself in the Product Requirements Editor (PREd). For more information on how to do this, please consult the link to the page User Documentation on the Product Requirements Editor.

However, in some cases a change to your licence is required, for example, if you want to add of high-frequency products, while these are not included in your contract. In this case, please contact us by raising a ticket through the Support Portal.
