This week we released hotfixes for ecCodes/grib_api and EMOSLIB to add support for the GRIB2 packing scheme "Complex packing with spatial differencing" when there is no bitmap but missing values are coded in the data section. There are also others improvements in ecCodes: installation with MEMFS and a new MARS class.
