In preparation of the GEWEX Global Energy Water cycle Exchanges - Scientific Steering Group (SSG-31) met in WMO Geneva for its 31th edition ( 25 February to 1 March 2019) below the list of points to report (for internal discussion):
- Updates on the ISWG (International Surface Working Group for CGMS), with organisation of ISWG-3 and published EO4ESM paper).
- Updates on the NTCP (Near Term Climate Predition, Copernicus C3S Scoping Workshop, and NTCP paper).
- Updates on the Earth System Developments at ECMWF (IFS 45r1/46r1, ERA5, SYS5 releases)
- Updates on the CHE coordination and support actions (CO2 simulated in global 9km runs, CHE-VERIFY General Assembly).
