The CAMS analysis o-suite (experiment hlkx running at tco399, L137) was started on 2021-04-01, with an e-suite period from 2021-04-01 to 2021-09-30. Main new feature are:
- New IFS cycle 47R3 (paf_CY47R3_GHGapf_CO2oceanflux based on CY47R3 on 20210625) containing emission changes (CAMS-GLOB-ANTv5.1)
- IASI CH4 and CO2 assimilation (extended to extratropical latitudes; to avoid assimilation over antarctica, data is blacklisted south of 60S).
- New CAMS-GLOB-ANTv5.1 anthropogenic CO2 and CH4 emissions (monthly mean files) based on EDGARv5.
- Roedenbeck et al. (2013) CO2 air-sea monthly fluxes for 2019 (Jena-CarboScope v2020 based on SOCAT data).
- CO2 initial conditions of e-suite (20210401) from cams re-analysis experiment assimilating the same observations but with smaller biases (hiv2).
- CH4 initial conditions of e-suite (20210401) from cams re-analysis experiment assimilating the same observations but with smaller biases (hiv2).
