Emoslib version 000400
From this version onwards, the way the Emoslib library is compiled has changed. We now use CMake to detect system specific settings and generated the Makefiles to compile the library. Please consult the new installation guide for more details. This brings the installation of Emoslib in-line with other software packages from ECMWF.
Since these are major changes we have decided to provide this first version as a preview and invite users to comment.
Please test this version very carefully before using it in any operational environment or critical tasks.
