Specifies how to pad GRIB or BUFR messages.

For historical reasons, each GRIB message retrieved is padded to a multiple of 120 bytes, and each BUFR message to a multiple of 8 bytes. e.g. padding=0 can be specified for no padding.
Example:
padding=0 # to switch padding off |
