The infrastructure has been recovered. We are following the situation and will provide the exact duration when confirmed.

While we are still waiting for the root cause analyses of the Aug 22 incident, here's some new information: The incident affected part of the workloads between 10:57 and 11:45. We have fully recovered, but in some cases, restarting the VM is required. In case you have trouble logging in to the VMs using SSH or your VM/workload is misbehaving, we advise you to restart the VM. Should that not help, please don't hesitate to contact us via Rocket or support@europeanweather.cloud!
