Network Update: January 2025

We are conducting a significant network update at our data centre this month. This will take place across several system sessions, and while disruptions are not expected, there is a minor risk of impact on data services.

Here’s what you need to know:

Service Status: All updates will be posted on our Service Status page. If any services are degraded, you’ll find real-time information there.

Temporary Variations: Some users may experience fluctuations in data transfer speeds. If you notice changes, we recommend waiting 24 hours before reporting them, as issues may be resolved in subsequent sessions.

Our network teams will be actively monitoring and addressing any challenges during this period.


Test Data Tidy-up

Start the year with clean data! If you have unused test feeds, we encourage you to tidy them up to optimise your data usage:

Why it matters: Test feeds contribute to your overall data limits, and in 2025, we’re tightening automatic reviews to ensure users are within their contractual limits.

How to tidy up: If you don’t have access to the interface to manage test data yourself, simply raise a ticket with the Data Support team, we’re happy to help.
