Subject: 1st LC-WFV project teleconference, 2 sessions on 17 and 19 Nov 2026
 

Dear LC-WFV partners,

We would like to invite you to the 1st annual teleconference of the LC-WFV project.

...

Based on our experience from similar global projects we have chosen two separate dates and times suiting better the different time zones. The meeting is scheduled for 1 hour (90 minutes max)

  • session 1: 9-10:30 AM (UK time), Tuesday 17 Nov 2026 (OK-ish for EU+Asia+Australia)

  • session 2: 3-4:30 PM   (UK time), Thursday 19 Nov 2026  (OK for EU+America)


We have tentatively divided participants into two groups of similar size. Please check 2026-11 LC-WFV project teleconference and let us know by Tuesday 21 November 2026 if you cannot make it on those days or if you prefer to swap the groups. 

The agenda proposed is available in the links above. Please let us know if you want to add anything specific. This is an opportunity for you to report about your planned model changes in 2026-27 or other relevant matters.
 
Additional meeting details will be added later to the separate meeting pages for both sessions in the due course.
